Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your urbanxkulture piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. We have a 7-days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags and original packaging, and a proof of purchase.

To request a return, email urbanxkulture@outlook.com with your order number. If approved, we’ll share a return label, instructions, and the return address. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 15 business days after your return is received and approved. If you have not seen your refund after 15 business days, email urbanxkulture@outlook.com for support
