Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Issues
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please: check neighbours or building reception, confirm your shipping address, and contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Orders
We aim to deliver to the right address, so we'd like to encourage you to please ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require an additional shipping fee to be resent with the option of customer picking up at a central location.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
We'd like to manage your order delivery till it gets to your doorstep however International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Shipments
